User Agreement and Privacy Terms for the WARMWORLD app, provided by Chengdu Donghe Huisheng Trading Co., Ltd.

Dear user, welcome to the services provided by Chengdu Donghe Huisheng Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Please read the following service agreement carefully before using the app. By using this application, you agree to accept this agreement, which has legal effect. Please pay particular attention to the clauses that exempt or limit the Company's liability. If you have any questions, you may contact the Company for clarification.
By accessing or using this application, you agree to be bound by all of the conditions and terms of this agreement.
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms of service when necessary. Once the terms are changed, the modified content will be posted on a prominent page. If you do not agree with the modifications, you may stop using the information services provided by the application. If you continue to use the application's information services, you will be deemed to have accepted the modified terms. The application reserves the right to modify or suspend the service at any time without prior notice. The exercise of this right shall not entail any liability to users or any third party.
You are not required to register or log in to an account in order to use the Company's product features.
(1) Do not register using the real name, courtesy name, stage name, or pen name of any leader of the Party or the State, or of any other public figure.
(2) Do not impersonate any person or organization, or use any name in a misleading manner that falsely suggests an affiliation with any person or organization.
(3) Do not register a name that is identical or confusingly similar to that of another user.
(4) Do not register a name that is uncivilized, unhealthy, or that contains discriminatory, insulting, or obscene words.
(5) Do not register a name that is ambiguous or that could mislead others.
You may not publish any of the following illegal information or images:
(1) Content that opposes the basic principles established by the Constitution.
(2) Content that endangers national security, divulges state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity.
(3) Content that damages the honor or interests of the State.
(4) Content that incites ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination, or that undermines ethnic unity.
(5) Content that undermines the State's religious policies, or that propagates cults or feudal superstitions.
(6) Content that spreads rumors, disturbs public order, or undermines social stability.
(7) Content that spreads obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or that instigates crime.
(8) Content that insults or defames others, or that infringes upon the lawful rights and interests of others.
(9) Other content prohibited by laws or administrative regulations.
(10) Harassment, defamation, threats, or impersonation of other users of the application is prohibited.
(11) Incitement of unlawful assembly, association, demonstration, or protest, or other gatherings that disturb public order, is strictly prohibited.
(12) Publishing files or information that may infringe upon the rights of third parties is strictly prohibited, including (but not limited to) virus code, hacking tools, and software cracks or registration information.
(13) Uploading the works of others is prohibited, including works downloaded, screenshot, or otherwise collected from the internet.
(14) Uploading advertising materials, banners, logos, or other promotional images is prohibited.
The specific content of this service is provided by the Company based on actual circumstances. The Company may modify the services it provides, and the content of those services may change at any time. This software is a free application. The Company will not charge any fees in any form or under any name during the user's use of the software.
Respecting users' personal privacy is a fundamental policy of the Company. Accordingly, the Company will not disclose, edit, or reveal a user's registration information or non-public content stored within the application without that user's lawful authorization, except in the following circumstances:
(1) As required by applicable law or by the Company's lawful service procedures.
(2) In urgent circumstances, in order to protect the rights and interests of the user or the public.
(3) In order to protect the Company's trademark rights, patent rights, or any other lawful rights and interests.
(4) Other situations in which it is necessary to disclose, edit, or reveal personal information.
The Company is entitled to use a user's personal information in the following circumstances (including but not limited to):
(1) During promotions or prize draws, the Company may share a user's personal information with sponsors. In such cases, the Company will provide notice before transmitting the information, and the user may terminate the transmission by declining to participate.
(2) The Company may match user information with third-party data.
(3) The Company may describe its services to prospective partners, advertisers, and other third parties by disclosing aggregate user statistics, and may do so for other lawful purposes.
(1) Personally identifiable information that the user leaves on the application's servers while using the application.
(2) Various information transmitted by the user through the application's servers to other users or non-users.
(3) Various information about other users or non-users that the application shares with its business partners.
(4) The Company places great importance on protecting users' personal privacy and has established this Privacy Policy. By using the services provided by the Company's software, the user confirms and agrees that such use shall be deemed acceptance of this Privacy Policy.
The Company will not intentionally disclose, rent, or sell users' personal information or data to any third party, except in the following circumstances:

(2) Disclosure of the user's personal information is necessary in order to provide a product or service that the user has requested.

(6) The user has violated the application's terms of service or the usage rules of any other product or service.

In order to improve the technology and services of the Company's software and to provide a better user experience, the Company may collect, use, or provide to third parties non-personal information about users.
