Connect the app

  1. Turn on Bluetooth in your phone's settings.
  2. Insert the sock's DC power plug into the battery's DC jack, or press the power button on the battery. The battery level indicator lighting up means Bluetooth is now active.
  3. Open the app and wait for it to connect automatically.

Control through the app

Once connected, the sock icon in the app lights up.

If only one sock connects

If the connection fails or only one battery connects, close or quit the app, then reopen it and search for the Bluetooth device again.

When both batteries are paired and connected, you can adjust and control the heat level from the app, or press the on/off button on the battery itself.

For a step-by-step first pairing walkthrough, see How to pair your socks. If the app does not find a battery, see Bluetooth not connecting?.

Method 2 — Without the app

Open the sock pocket. Gently pull out the DC cable and connect it to the battery.

Press the button to activate the battery.

Tap the button again to switch the heat level:

  • 1st tap: 4 lights on — highest heat
  • 2nd tap: 3 lights on — high
  • 3rd tap: 2 lights on — medium
  • 4th tap: 1 light on — low
