How to pair your socks for the first time
From the box to the first heating cycle in five minutes.
The pairing flow is short, but the order matters. Skipping a step is the number-one cause of "Bluetooth not connecting" complaints.
1. Charge both batteries fully
Plug each battery into its USB cable. All four indicator lights on the battery turn white when fully charged — that takes about four hours from empty.
2. Power both batteries on
Press the power button on each battery once. A coloured LED stays on to show the battery is awake and broadcasting over Bluetooth.
3. Turn on Bluetooth on the phone
iOS: Settings → Bluetooth → On. Android: Settings → Connections → Bluetooth → On.
Don't bother "adding a device" from the system settings — the WARMWORLD app does that for you and uses a custom Bluetooth Low Energy flow that won't appear in the phone-level list.
4. Open the WARMWORLD app
Within a few seconds you'll see a pop-up listing one or two WARMWORLD entries (one for each sock battery). Tap each to connect.
5. Pick a temperature
Once both socks show a battery icon at the top of the screen, you can drag the temperature dial, tap a preset (35 / 45 / 55 / 65 °C), and optionally set a timer. The app sends the same target to both socks.
If you don't see the pop-up, see Bluetooth not connecting?.
