Sending feedback to the developers

How to use the in-app feedback form so issues actually get fixed.

The WARMWORLD app has an in-app feedback form. It sends straight to the developer team — but only if you give them enough to act on. Here's what to include.

Where to find it

Open the app, tap the small speech-bubble icon above the temperature dial. The form has four fields:

FieldWhat it's for
NicknameJust so the team can address you in a reply.
EmailRequired if you want a reply — they don't store it otherwise.
Purchase linkThe product URL or order ID you bought your socks at. Helps the team match firmware version to your specific sock model.
FeedbackWhat's wrong, what you tried, what should happen.

Subject: Pairing fails on iPhone 14 Pro after charging

Steps:

  1. Charged both batteries overnight (all 4 LEDs white)
  2. Unplugged, pressed power button on both — LEDs come on
  3. Opened the app — only one battery shows up
  4. Force-quit the app, re-opened — still only one battery

Expected: both batteries show up in the picker. Actual: only the right sock connects. The left battery LED is on but doesn't appear.

Phone: iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 17.5.1. App version: 1.0.8.

What gets fixed faster

Pairing issues. Battery icon issues. Specific error states. The team ships small bug-fix updates (the App Store version history confirms that — most releases are tagged "Bug fix").

What gets fixed slower or not at all: feature requests for things the sock hardware can't physically do (heart rate, step count, more than two sock pairings, smartwatch control).

App permissions & privacy

Why the app asks for Bluetooth, what it stores, and what it doesn't.
